I definitely won't be going back there. Unless the staff changes or people get fired and bring in fresh attitudes I won't be going back. And reading other reviews I'm glad we didn't get a ring.
Me and my boyfriend went into this store a couple of months ago just to browse. I went in first and I was greeted aggressively and I didn't like it. But I shrugged it off.
Agreed, dont try to return anything. These are used car sales people! Buyer beware.
Over all I'd say they are under trained in-regards of leasing and credit. The manager did apologize for being under trained but that does not excuse that they are selling items to lease/credit without being able to assist with questions and selling under false information. I was extremely overjoyed to find the right ring to celebrate my husband's and my 15th yr anniversary. The next day when the lease agreement was emailed I reviewed it and it was approx 3 times the amount of which was agreed upon. I call the store, spoke with the manager and he believed they rang up the ring twice, and instructed me to call the agency. When calling the agency they explained it was an agreement of 3 months, the store had told me it was a 1 yr. With the rate of leasing it was completely unaffordable! In which I had to return the ring mortified and entirely heart broken, then stand an wait as the manager had to call and find out how to return it. I stood with tears in my eyes as they took this ring that was just 'product' to them, an put it away as it was 'just a sale' with no other meaning attached it, for about 20 mins while figuring out the return. I have had family that has worked here, bought my promise ring, wedding ring, husband's wedding ring and my anniversary rings all at this location. This place HAD a meaning. Now it has a meaning to which I will not return. My husband has said ONLY they cared about making the sell, I think they were ignorant. Neither is ok or excuses the humiliation.
I have a jewler I love and normally go to, but found my wedding ring at schubach. I have loved it! My band lost diamonds after being sized. It sucked, but they fixed it no questions asked! I would recommend them
If I could give this store a negative rating I would. My husband bought my original engagement ring form this store, unfortunately I was allergic to yellow gold. With this information we went back to trade in the existing ring and purchase something NOT YELLOW GOLD. Literally this was the only instruction they had. Find a new ring, where it for two months ... and OH MY GOSH it is yellow gold that has just been dipped in white gold. Needless to say the are liars and idiots and will tell you anything to get your money. Save yourself time and hassle and go anywhere but here.
Instead of being asked what I was looking for or liked the guy started going on about what I could possibly like. So finally I told him what I wanted we sat down and he was showing me different stone sizes. My boyfriend was looking at another case and asked if I saw that one and I said no. The guy working with me answered for me saying "oh no she wouldn't like those she only likes basic cause she's basic". I was beyond annoyed at this point to where I was ready to leave. Before we left the guy got an attitude with my boyfriend because we didn't buy a ring right then and there. Asking if he was paying cash or card.
