I have only positive and amazing things to say about Morgan Jewelers in the Layton Hills Mall. All of the staff that work there are very knowledgeable about everything they have in their store. They are willing to work with what every budget or style that you have in mind. Johnathan has been a very helpful and friendly staff member to work with. He has always been personable and willing to take time to help every time I have called him up with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend going in and see what they have and talk with one of the staff their. I know you will have a positive experience even if you don't decide on anything.
My fiance had started taking places to get an idea of what i liked. I found this one style i really liked at another store but didn't like the ring itself. So then we went to morgans. I explained the style and everyone found all the rings and started figuring out what i liked. They were so attentive and kind. They helpes my fiance really figure out what size and cut of diamond. The placement and designs. I love my ring and i love how they helped us
My finance and I came here for our wedding bands and the service was amazing! They altered my engagement ring for us that we had gotten from a different jewelry store and they made it look exactly how I wanted it. They were so nice and helpful about everything. The manager, Jonathan, is great! Our rings are beautiful and we got them at great prices! I definitely recommend this place and I will be going back for anything else I might need in the future.
I stopped by the Morgan Jewelers at the Layton Hills Mall to look for a bracelet for my Daughter. I was helped by Portia, who was very kind to help me figure out what to get in a price range that fit my budget. She genuinely wanted me to find the right bracelet and let me take as long as I wanted in making my decision. I appreciate Portia's fun, friendly personality!
I have come in to this store a number of times and my experience has been beyond amazing! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service! When my ring had an issue, they got on the phone and quickly worked it so I could get my ring right on time. I have recommended this store to many friends, who have all been satisfied customers.
