Veteran's day is one of the busiest at chili's because they offer free meals to veterans. I went on veteran's day and the service was a little slow, it was chaotic in there, but that is to be expected on such a day. Other than that everything was great! The waitress was attentive and took good care of us. They forgot to bring my garlic bread, which was a bummer, but everything tasted great. I would definitely go to this location again.
Service was really slow but I blame that on management. Servers had tables all over the restaurant and a few of them were confused as to where they were supposed to be. Food was great and our server was really kind, polite and was doing her best to make service as pleasant as possible.
Very disappointing I never had chili's before tell yesterday and I think It will be my last. The store was a little busy not to much The waitress were nice but didn't check up on us a lot and I went without a drink for more than half of my dinner then we had chips and Queso I burnt my hand in the little cast iron cause the waitress put the Handel towards me so when I moved my hand I didn't notice it and slammed my hand right into the hot cast iron I decided not worry about it cause it was probably my fault for not noticing she put the Handel towards me but while enjoying some of the chips I realized that most of the chips were cold ant not cooked we asked for more chips that were cooked and the waitress brought them and they were exactly the same as the last batch of chips so we decided not to eat the chips that we paid for cause who wants to eat cold uncooked chips so we waited for are main food let's just say probably the worst part Making mine and my boyfriend super sick were we decided just to through out are left overs we felt like we just waisted are money on something we couldn't even stand on eating we didn't want to talk to a manger seemed like all of the people were stressed that night and we figured it was just a bad night for the store
Not so much. Waited over 45 minutes for our food. Other tables seated after us received their meals first. Once our meal did arrive it was over-cooked and rubbery, sides were cold. Some of our order never arrived at all. To top it off the sprinklers were on when we left and need to be adjusted, as they were spraying anyone coming in or out of restaurant. It's almost like they were warning people to stay away. I will say that the staff was very pleasant and the manager did remove some of our bill due to our poor experience. Still, we will not be returning to Layton Chili's.
About a month ago I had the ribs, they were amazing! I shared a couple with my fiance and we've both been craving them. Tonight he ordered a full rack. They were so dry that he couldn't even eat half the rack. This was a special night we had planned for him to have one on one time with one of our 8 children. I'm disappointed with this location for letting these ribs be served. This location is also understaffed a lot and will often have a whole section available, but not enough staff to let anyone sit on an entire side of the restaurant, then tell you it's going to be a 20 minute wait. They do have a lot of really good servers who do their best to keep you happy once you've been seated.
