My wife and I frequent this Arby's location frequently as it is near our home. Usually everything is fine but today it was not. The food was fine, but the people working at the time were messing around a lot and being very loud and vocal about a fellow employee going to jail. The final straw for me was when one of the employees brought a rabbit inside the store and took it behind the counter with her where the food is being prepped and bagged. I mentioned to her that is a health code violation, one of her co-workers have gave me a smart alec reply, "She will washed her hands!" I then mentioned that again it should not be inside the store as it is a health code violation and she just stood there and rolled her eyes at me and said she would take it outside. After a few moments I then turned around and had to ask if I needed to call the health dept since she was still behind the counter with the animal. With total disregard to health code by those employees, I do not think I will be back ever again.
Terrible location. I love giving chances because sometimes it can be an off day. They've run out of chances. Everytime we come here there is super long lines, the employees goof around too much and the food is either a hit or a miss. I already hate that Arby's has completely gotten rid of the Jr sandwiches but this location just lost our business all together.
I despise fast food. But their new Cajun turkey sandwich is aMAZing! This location has recently been remodeled.
I had my sister come get food while I was sick. Literally spent almost 40$ on food. My fries were literally half way full, my red ranch had like a dime drop in each one, mind you I paid almost 3 dollars for not even one full little thing of red ranch, there was no cheese on any of our sandwiches that were supposed to have cheese. And our mozeralla sticks were literally cold!! My sister said there was at least 7 to 10 people that she could see working. And they took forever to get our food and to top it all off, I called them lol 10 times to complain and we didn't get 2 single answer!! Biggest waste of 40$ In my life. The thing is, I go there a lot and never had any problems. I will never ever go there again!!
The worst service ever. I love Arby's and always try and give this place a chance , but I regret it every time. I was the only one in the drive through and I was at the menu wanting to order, they didn't talk to me for about 5 minutes, and yes I was saying "hello" I could hear employees voices goofing around. Right when I got the food it was freezing, the kid at the window had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I had no straws, nothing. So I sent my boyfriend in the actual building to get straws, came out and said it was horribly dirty in there. Get new employees.
