I think they can do better when it comes to customer service.
Always great service. If you hear differently it was probably a customer who didn't get their own way. They always go above and beyond to help you.
I will still shop at this Layton store because I do like their quality merchandise!
Not allowing customers to get checked out at a department that has no one waiting is poor judgement by management. Have more cahiers or allow people to check out whenever possible.
I have never had great customer service here. I like Clinton Kohls much better.
I just discovered Kohl's in the last couple of years. I really appreciate that they allow you to stack coupons and discounts along with gift cards. I like the quality of their clothes and I did not realize that they don't have a return time frame. I can return things from over a year ago that my son kept in the back of his closet because he decided he didn't like it or that washed out badly and I didn't know what to do with. I'm really good at keeping my receipts, but they can look up almost anything with my Kohl's card or VISA. It is really best to buy with your Kohl's card because you get Yes2You rewards points that get you gift cards later. They can find your purchases easier with your Kohl's card, so I almost always use that in case I do lose a receipt. The customer service is really great here; they try really hard to help me with whatever issue I have. Their clearance is really awesome. I always look here first before I hit sales racks. All of their discounts and coupons work on clearance like they work on their sales so I have found sweaters for $2 and jeans for $5. Can't beat this place! I think Kohl's is why JCPenney changed their marketing strategy lately.
I love Kohl's. This is probably the best Kohl's location I've been to. Large with a great selection, something for everyone. It can be a bit pricey, but still a decent place to shop.
