I'm not sure who the lady was, she seemed like a manager, but I went in looking for something in particular from their ad for my daughter for Christmas. I asked the lady if she knew where I could find it (even just the general area would have been nice) and she was so rude and unhelpful. All she said was "No." and then proceeded to assist other customers. Talk about zero customer service skills. You can bet I'll be buying that toy somewhere that deserves my business. I'm so glad I dragged my two small, ornery children in there for absolutely nothing.

Went to get cowboy boots for my daughter. I was clueless, but Julie was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She took the time to help us make sure she had a good fit for comfort and safety riding horses. Wish their boot selection was a little better.
Best place for those one off sporting item! Love it compared to the big box stores.
