I haven't had the experience of working directly with Stauffers Painting but I have had the experience of being rear ended by one of their drivers. I was trying to be nice by not calling the police; the driver said he didn't want to be fired. However, there were scratches and dents in my bumper. I went to an auto body shop and the damage was estimated at just over $1000. The driver never returned any of my phone calls so I was forced to submit it to insurance. Now Stauffer Painting is rejecting my claim there was damage and not communicating with their insurance company. Now I get to pay my $500 deductible and deal with the hours of phone calls back and forth between insurance companies. I am writing this review because if this is the way they treat someone whose car was damaged by their company vehicle and employee, how are they conducting other business operations and what responsibilities are they going to turn a blind eye to? Side note: moral of the story...always call the police so fault can be recorded. Nice people get taken advantage of.
