One of the issues was such that a resolution wouldn't be possible. After speaking with Tim about the problem, he gave me a check for the full refund amount. I'm almost in disbelief how understanding they were. I couldn't recommend them enough. They are honest and stand by their work. If the need arises I will use Rosewood for future painting projects.
I had Rosewood Painting come and paint my front door. They were terrific...they were prompt with their service, they were professional when they came....they even gave me some advice on what to do and what not to do to make my door and home look its best. We lost our house to a fire last year. Rosewood Painting came in on a very tight schedule and did an amazing job. They worked faster than they had estimated but still did high quality work. This allowed us to move into our new, rebuilt house just before Christmas (December 21st). We wouldn't have been able to spend Christmas in our new house without Rosewood's help. Their employees are very clean and professional. I feel like the Rosewood group and employees are our friends. We will use them for all of our future painting needs.
In the future, I have intensions of hiring Rosewood to paint some hard to reach areas of my house.
I was intoduced to Rosewood while purchasing doors through BMC. I had originally purchased laquer paint, with intentions of spraying the doors myself, but ran into mechanical problems befor I even started, so I contracted with Rosewood to do the work. It is a good thing I hired them, as I later found out that I had purchased a problem paint, of which I would have made a terrible mess of the project, and they were able to work through, and solve the issue. Most of the project were louvered doors, so there was a lot of sanding involved. The doors look fabulous.
We had an outstanding experience with Rosewood Painting. All of the employees were very professional and their crasftsmanship is immaculate. I was impressed with their high level of customer service and communication. I received a log everyday of what they accomplished and problems addressed. I would highly recommend them.
