I've never had very good experiences buying from dealerships, with the pushy salesman and the sales game, but this experience changed that for me. Donovan was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and upfront about everything. There were no hidden charges or surprises along the way, and he did everything he could to make the experience great for us. He found the car that was right for us, with no thought of his commission and did his best to get us the best price possible. I'll definitely be shopping here in the future and would recommend any family and friend.

I have had a time consuming experience with Young Chevrolet-Layton. I will spare you all the details but long story short, I was sold a vehicle which was advertised (by their third party advertiser, Not Young's fault) with a certain powertrain package however when I received the truck I noticed the tranny and the rear differential were different then advertised. I presented this to the sales man with the ad's I had saved from the web pages. Jake Hall (my sales man) and his sales manager Ryan spent the next week trying to figure out a solution. It wasn't so easy because the loan had already gone through on my truck. If the loan hadn't I could just hold the loan or cancel until a compromise was made or I found a different vehicle. Long long story short, Ryan and Jake and the rest of their team were very sincere in their desire to make things right.
Between Jake Hall, salesman, and Ryan, sales manager, I don't know if there is a better sales team to look out for you to ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

Great staff and all involved helped in making the best deal we could attain. The wife was very impressed with the manor of professionalism your entire crew spent working to help our needs. She was very doubtful about returning the first car we had purchased, considering that it was the color that set her into a negative aspect towards the car. Being able to return and choose another car within 24 hours was the turning point in her appreciation with your staff and business. I had been looking for a good economical ride for my daughter and your staff reached out to me with a great assortment to choose from. Needless to say, we purchased 2 new cars with in less than 2 months over the past 3 months. Thanks for having a super staff.
