If you are considering buying a used vehicle from this family owned business, DON'T. I recently bought a pickup from Hatchco and was helped by a member of the Hatch family. After the purchase I called with some concerns and was treated disrespectfully- raised voice, accusing words, and incredulity that I should have any concerns about this big purchase because they had done me quite a favor. If you are looking for good customer service, go somewhere else. In this case, small business does NOT mean good business.
**in response to the post left by the owner - I agree it isn't fair to link the businesses but i am still dealing with the same issues as the day i bought it same things we put in the contract - transmission issues. Which does reflect on this company as i was passed off from you to the new company to deal with the issues and they are blowing me off.

I have had a good experience with this company itself buying our car but the reason for less stars is that I am sick of the auto body shop that they send the vehicle too. It is ridiculous to deal with them. I bought my car in june with a few items that needed to be fixed. I took it to them after being purchased and car has had check engine light after light after light come on. The transmission seal is what started and then leaking transmission fluid to the light coming back on. I called hatchco the first week of July and advised the light was back on and was told that he would talk to mechanic never heard back after a week i called back and was told to call the mechanic myself - whew what a joke i took to mechanic on july 2 and then on holiday weekend called they had to order a part. Advised i could keep car and bring back after holiday so we did needing two cars. I have called at least 1 every other week since then and get told they are calling on part and it is now been 6 weeks made my final call to not be called back again. I dont feel that the items listed in the contract with hatchco have been completed and i get that used vehicle as is but when the owner tells you he stands behind cars and then you buy it and to then get left with transmission issues not even two and a half months in and they are still checking on a part makes it feel shady. Very saddened to not recommend company as if there are any issues and it has to go to mechanic i would not ever refer. Sad that the crappy auto mechanic has to alter my opinion of this auto sales company.
I just purchased a gently used Toyota Tacoma from Hatchco. I spoke to Kevin about my need for a small truck. During the course of about 3 weeks, Kevin communicated with me information concerning different trucks that he had found. He eventually found a truck that suited my specific needs. The truck was worth the wait! Through the years I have purchased a dozen cars from Hatchco. Thanks Kevin! I won't shop anywhere else.
