I would recommend staying away from their monthly plan. The plan was sold to my wife last year and it was never explained that she was on the hook for a year. Sure it makes sense now, but not only do you still pay money out of pocket for services but you will pay over $500 for basic shots, neuter, chip, etc. so once you add everything up and compare it to other places it's not a good deal at all. You will definitely pay more. Think about it. If it was going to save you loads of money it wouldn't be profitable for Banfield to have the plan, it's a money maker. That's why it's sold to you and that's why they push it. It's a rip off, go elsewhere for your services.
Love this place! My husband had a previous cat go here before we brought our current one. Love how friendly the whole staff is. I'm super new with taking care of an animal so of course I ask some stupid common sense questions, but no matter how stupid my questions or concerns are they are so kind and willing to work with me and my cat! They are open later then the time I work so I know if anything happens I know they will still be open. I recommend coming to this place! Very affordable and super friendly!
Awesome people!!! We were in the area for two weeks (we live in our RV and have been to many good Banfields) and were able to get our two dogs and a cat in for checkups, anal gland expression, nails trimmed, paperwork to travel out of country, and to take care of a big cut on one of the dog's legs. So courteous, so helpful, so competent! I wish we lived near here more often so we could always receive this level of care and service!
Worst animal hospital every. We had been going there with our 3 animals for quit a few years. Even have their pet insurance that we pay for every month. I took my dog in there this morning because he could not put any weight on his rear leg and he needs to see a doctor. They told me to bad we are all full today and you can make an appointment for a later day. I called another vet and they got me right in and moved some of there wellness appointments to handle us. Turns out he blew out his acl and was in a lot of pain. Way too go banfield you will never see my animals again and I hope this helps others make a choice to go somewhere else too. Hospital is in your name emergencies take priority. Only reason you get one star is they won't let me give you zero.
If you love your pets, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!! There are little girls that work here that do not know a head of an animal to the tail. The little girls lack of intelligence and knowledge is a sure sign of what you get with this place!!! Baware and now you have been warned!!
