Even signing the mountain of paperwork was a breeze with the DotLoop system they use. Their preferred loan officer was similarly great to work with. In short, Bret and his team did their job so well that we could feel confident and not have to worry about forms or processing details or trying to remember all the things that needed to happen or communicating with the seller. That left us free to focus on details like what color to paint our beautiful new home.
