The prices for the daily matinee are excellent, and they have other specials for seniors. This is the only place I go for movies now, and I have sent many family and friends.
I love this theater and how they change the seats. my only issue with its the bathroom seems so far away with the little ones sometimes. And right now they are tearing up half the parking lot.
Excellent service with concessions. The staff was/is friendly, helpful and professional. I love the popcorn option (kettle corn) my fave.
I love this theater! The luxury loungers have spoiled me for most other theaters on the Wasatch front. On top of that the staff here has always been great, they have high energy and are super helpful. I've seen the restrooms in some of the states some other reviewers mention but for me it's always been on a Friday and Saturday evening when traffic inside the building is high, and even then I've seen attendants doing their best to clean. I don't blame them for having trouble keeping up with that many people using the restrooms at once. The other problem on weekends is parking, they have a decent sized lot but it still fills up, luckily the mall has plenty of parking which is close enough to use.
As a side story, there was one occasion when I was bringing my disabled mother who has partial blindness to see a movie. We didn't make it before the lights were mostly dimmed for the previews so an employee raised them enough for us to help get her to her seat. I was thrilled that they did that for us.
This is the first theater I have been to that has recliner seating. I have to say that this is the best idea since sliced bread! The seats are large and comfortable. They recline, with your feet coming up, and there are very accessible cup/snack holders. I love that there is a lot of room in front of each row, so people don't have to step on your feet, or sit in your lap, to get by.
The staff made my four year olds day. I can't thank them enough. Especially the man taking tickets today. Absolutely fabulous experience.
