Don't bother going after 11 pm. They will short you on your order. My husband went to get there special offer not only were they to lazy to put the food in the box it's supposed to come in they through it all in a bag with the 2 boxes I'm guessing so we could make our own. Everything was under filled and just horrible if you don't want to do your job just close the doors.

I wish I could leave 0 stars because this place is absolute garbage. I had an online order with proof of purchase and location and first of all, I had to wait 30 minutes. I walked up and asked about my order and the manager said "Sorry, it's not on my screen so there's nothing I can do. Try another Taco Bell." And I showed her my proof, getting a little irritated because I already paid for everything and she just kept saying "I can't do anything about it." When in reality, it was less than $5 worth of food and the friend I was with at the time (who got her order messed up 3 different times this visit and also had to wait 30 minutes for her food) worked at Taco Bell and said the manager in that situation should have honored it. I stood there waiting and she said, "hold on a second" walked to the back, and she never came back. She sent another employee to take orders and he was super nice, but he didn't know the menu at all and my friend was about to go behind the counter and walk them all through the process of making our food since her order had already been messed up twice. Anyway, I finally just paid for it AGAIN, and it was trash. Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to, and the manager who dealt with my situation should find another job because she sucks at customer service.
I pulled up to the drive through and got greeted by the the nicest person. I thought it was a voice record like most places so I paused and waited a second for the actually person to come on. I manage car washes and I don’t strive to satisfy customers, I strive to delight customers. Difference is satisfying means your good but so was taco time. Delighting is only one place on your mind for a taco. I will tell you right now I was delighted today with the gentleman who helped me. He asked if I wanted extras like sour cream, what sauces I wanted, and if I wanted extra meat. Enough to make the perfect taco. Most places give you two sauces for three tacos he loaded me up. I drive around and hand out my business card to people I see do a great job so they can give me a call so I can offer them a job. I hate taking applications because I feel those are just putting on a show. But if you actually witness good service in front of you, you’ll know they’ll treat all your customers like that. If I had a car wash down north I would have hired him. I hope management pays attention to reviews and let’s this kid know how impressed I was. He was a tall kid training a girl at the window at 7:50PM. Thanks again sir.
Last time we were at this location they put sour cream in my tacos then charged us extra. This time we decided to go inside thinking maybe they would get it right this time. Unfortunately they completely messed up my tacos again. We didn't know until we got home. We drove back with the receipt in hopes to get our tacos made right with no charge, since the other tacos were thrown away. They said we needed to bring the food with us. They did make us our tacos and they did get it right the second time. We ended up paying the full amount. We checked our food before we left. I give it two stars because the food tastes good if they get it right. The staff is horrible and most the time the orders are wrong.
