Bought a 9x12 utility trailer. Sales Gal very helpful & friendly. Did not outpace or over sell my efforts to be sure about trailer. Extra helpful with others to get reese 2x2 inch ball assembly & hooked up safely. Trailer tracked very well on freeway home at highway speed.

While browsing employees would come up to us to see if we needed anything. It was nice to know we didnt have to chase people down for help. Being new home owners we always have a project so we go there several times a month. I love lowes :)
This is my go-to store for home improvement products. They usually have what I'm looking for. Although the couple of times I have purchased appliances here have been problematic. A microwave I bought that was supposed to be new but just an open box was missing mounting hardware. I ended up having to wait about 30 minutes just to speak to someone about the problem and found out everything they listed I their system as new for that model was actually open box or returned. But other than appliances, they do a great job.
I was so terribly disappointed with Lowe's delivery! We have personally purchased 10s of thousands of dollars in this store over the last 9 years. We recently purchased a new house and decided to go to Lowes to purchase the refrigerator. We had a great salesman and purchased a nice fridge. We knew the closing date of our new home and scheduled the delivery accordingly so we could seamlessly move cold stuff from our old house to our new house. I VERIFIED 3 TIMES WITH THE STORE THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD BE AFTER 4 PM. The delivery guys showed up at our new house with the fridge at noon and said they could either leave it on the porch or we would have to wait till Monday. A $4,000 fridge was left on the porch and my husband had to get it in the house by himself and install it. I called to talk to a manager 3 times with promises that someone would get back to me and have never heard from anyone. I am so disappointed with the customer service!
