We worked with your amazing sales associate Savannah on your very busy labor day sale event and she was very patient and understanding and listened to what we wanted and never once tried to stir us in a direction that was different than what we were asking for. She is going to go far in your business and is definitely someone I would not want to lose. Great customer service qualities that you don't see a lot of in people these days. Josh met us outside the door with a wheelchair for my 93 year old mother. She needed a new recliner. Josh knelt at her side teaching her how to use the remote, giving her all her options, explaining the warranty and answering all our questions, while I sent multiple texts and photos back and forth to the family. He coordinated the delivery date with previous furniture she had purchased to save us paying two delivery fees. He was genuine and kind and incredibly patient! Definitely 5 stars for the 5 hours we were there :) Thank you Josh, we would like to take you home with us along with the recliner!
Had a wonderful experience here, worked with Kent, who was very accommodating. My husband and I were not looking for too much at a reasonable price and Kent really helped find something we love and didn't try to push us for something we didn't. We will definitely be returning.
The manager was super nice. Work out a deal for us, and our salesman Adam was awesome and wasn't pushy at all. The only negative things I have to say about this place is when me and my husband walked in no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. I had to go to costumer service and ask for a salesman to help us but I would still recommend this place because once we were getting help they were awesome
My husband and I went in hoping someone could help guide us on our quest for a couch. Not only did we get a couch but we got a whole living room set for a steal of a deal thanks to Erica. She was amazing helping us pick furniture appropriate for our needs and was very upbeat with great customer service!
