Sooooo, we brought in our desktop (which we bought this March) because my hubby wanted to have his separate account set up and to get answers to a bunch of computer related questions. Turns out, our computer decided to crash right there and then (best place to do it, right?), most likely because of a windows upgrade I had done right before bringing it in. Anyway, all of our "stuff" needed to be reinstalled, which would have been a nightmare for us to do...luckily, WE DID NOT have to do anything...Cody, who was our assigned technician, took great care of us and got everything up and running again!!! Also, the atmosphere here is great. You can watch while your computer is being worked on and get one-on-one treatment. Where else do you get this? Love it!!
Amazing experience and staff. Shoutouts to Andrew at PC Laptops, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The atmosphere in the store is a bunch of super cool people who truly care about their clients. I came in with a hardware problem from a third party device and they helped me out no questions asked! I have been so impressed by the service that I have received. I arrived at their store with my computer who wasn't working at all. I thought it was finished, but wanted to make sure if there was anything that could be done. It took them 1 minute to figure out what was the problem and then told me what to do to fix it. They really know their stuff.
