My sister in law had been going to see Dr. Gardner, he seemed more annoyed by her questions, than with helping her take care of her health.
I've been going to Wasatch Peak Family Practice for years. This is a great physician office that truly does care what's best for patients. Sometimes as a patient we might think we know what Is needed, however, when I look back I realize that all of these Doctors have really done what was best for me at that time and for the long term. I appreciate this group of doctors. They try to work me in when they can. Some times they are incredibly busy and I have to wait. They are always willing to work with me and my needs. What I also like is that they are a friendly and competent alternative to the huge health system that seems to only care about cranking through patients in a cook book system of health care now designed to mostly make money and avoid paying any taxes. Wasatch Peak is a great alternative!
The front desk can be hit or miss, but I've been going to wasatch peak for over a decade. Dr. Butters has been the only Dr to help me. I'm a disabled vet with a undiagnosable abdominal issue. I have chronic pain, bleeding, and a laundry list of associated issues. A gut instinct from Dr butters has saved me. He guessed a kidney issue, and I was nearly in kidney failure. The key is Dr. Butters cares and understands. He's not frustrated with me he's frustrated he can't figure out my unknown gift from being in the middle East. He teaches me how to handle the pain, and when the ptsd gets bad he helps me with a kind word. The nursing staff is incredible as well. They are always willing to help me, and take care of me during my nurses visits. I go here twice a month regularly due to my health issues. I will say this, remember the front desk deals with obnoxious people everyday. I've seen it in person. A Dr has a full schedule don't take it out on them. The Drs deal with emergencies and try to squeeze as many as they can in. Respect that, I've been kind and courteous to all of them which makes there day better.when do you call a Drs office, when your sick or in pain. Your patience is low because you are miserable. That's no excuse to take it on them. A smile or kind word changes a demeanour real fast. I hope the great crew reads this because I'm proud to give you guys a 5 star rating. Treat them like you would want to be treated then you'll get care that's second to none. I highly recommend Dr Butters, and his ability, knowledge, and compassion will ease you as soon as he comes in the door. Plus all the nurses, you know who you are, rock and I truly thank you as well.
She needed a sleep test for sleep apnea, and she would call and call to find out when and was ignored. We changed Drs. since and have had everything taken care of asap. Dr. Gardner treated her like he just didn't care. Disappointed.
I love this dr office an my Dr Kevin Gardner. I love them so much that i travel from anywhere to see my Dr. All of them there are professprofessional and better still are so kind an understanding. They have great compassion. I recommend that if your looking for a new Dr make an appointment. You wont be disappointed.
Love this clinic! And they have the BEST doctor in the world.... Dr. Butters. I''ll never go to anyone else.
