I married my wife in 2005 who was a Christian and had attended this location prior before finding a local church that was closer to her home. She had 5 children from a previous marriage, so we had started looking for a church with a school to incorporate Christian values and principles...along with a solid scholastic curriculum. We put our children into F.B.A. in 2006, and attended this location for holidays and school activities while still going to our local church also. I had a Wedding and Event business and would donate a myriad of equipment for various pot lucks, weddings, and church get togethers from 2007-2014. The church was very large and thriving from 05-11, and we were in a smaller church that felt more personable. As most small Baptist Churches in this area struggle for funding, ours eventually dissolved which presented the opportunity to finally join Faith full time. Upon arriving, we heard some things had occurred in the last year. Many members had left. Pastor Chuck met with us and explained he and his wife Kathy had gotten a divorce and was going to step down due to his family being out of order. But he and a few other members had met behind closed doors, and they had discovered a scripture supporting him to stay in power. That was taken to a vote and the church was split. More then half left......some stayed. The church constitution was rewritten to accommodate his divorce, and the frantic search to find pastor a new wife began. He met his new wife Tammy on line and chatted for a few months before rushing her into marriage. At this time we were so tired of small churches leaving or dissolving, coupled with the fact that we wanted Rod Hall to be involved with our kids, that we just decided to overlook that matter. Pastor Chuck always seemed cool to me and I went off that fact more then actually doing my due diligence. So we began attending regularly. In July of 2012, my wife and I started having some issues and wanted to do marriage counseling. This was with Pastor and Tammy. At that point it started feeling off. Similar to he and Kathy's situation, my wife had started seeing an older man who had flirted with her throughout our marriage. She had become addicted to his lifestyle, and I began counseling with him alone. I was still donating for church events, and was faithfully attending hoping God would save our marriage through our church family. In early 2014 my wife divorced me, and ran off with her boyfriend. I was devastated. I was all alone, and had no one. My ex wife would not come counsel with us because it felt wrong doing so with a divorced Pastor. It felt odd to me as well, but I was full of hope. Since February 2014 I have gotten 6 texts from Pastor. Two were asking to donate items for events. Four were little texts stating he was praying for me. The last text was May 2014. Not one time did he call to visit. Not one time did he ask to see me or any member of my family. Not one time did a senior member of the church check on any of us. Not a single call. But ask him how many hours he has spent playing pickle ball in between that time frame. My 8 year old daughter and I were in difficult times. In a depression unlike any other. We are finally getting better. Joel Osteens positive messages on T.V. kept us in the fight. God IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION. Period. And me putting the "liking of a man" over God's unmistakable word.....probably cost me my family. It gave my ex a way out due to Chucks decisions to stay in a position he does not deserve. If your thinking about joining here, please consider that Satan knows our weaknesses. And if any marital issues occur, you will meet this same problem at this location. And there is a reason God's standards for a pastor are so stringent. In my opinion, It robbed the members of Rod Hall, an amazing man, transitioning from youth pastor to church pastor. Chuck won't be there for you. He won't be the keeper of the sheep unless your in his inner circle, or there is a bennefit in it for him.

I am proud to call faith my chruch home and the people my church family.I love it because it loves God and his word and I can look forward to hearing the Bible preached and taught and putting Christ front and center in everything.

Became a member of Faith Baptist Church in November of 2010. It has been the most amazing experience of my life concerning Christ. It is great to be part of a church that is concerned of your overall well-being, the Bible and only the Bible is preached, helping you learn how to examine yourself and apply the truth of God's words into your own life. It is such a loving and welcoming place to be a part of in the body of Christ. There's so much love, God's love displayed here and those who really want to learn and display what it is to live God's word everyday. So blessed God brought me to this church and I know it was Him without a doubt. I have seen many trials in my own life during the time of being at this church and have received nothing but love and support in every aspect of my being. The children's programs are amazing and it is such a great place to raise a family in the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Highly recommended to anyone searching for truth, openness, love and honesty. At Faith Baptist Church everyone is viewed as equal.

Not into the whole divorced pastor thing. Member's can spin it however they want. Listen to your conscience (con-with... science-knowledge.) God says we will know all things by this. I choose for my family, a pastor who actually meets the requirements.

This church is friendly personable and intimate..the sermons are full of meaty teachings and the Bible is used at all times as proof of the end times..what a church filled with genuine holy Spirit.
