I like driving through and smelling the great scented soap. I've always been satisfied with the car wash. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They all seem to enjoy working there. As for all the negative comments. There is always a risk at any car wash whether it be the equipment at the facility or just conditioning of the vehicle. It is too bad that everyone feels the need to blame the facility for things that sometime are just coincidences.
Great car wash. The "dry brush" to help dry off your can never seems to be working or turned on, the the drying phase could be a little better. They do have an air nozzle next to the vacuums so this helps. Area is clean and well kept. They offer a discount if you have more than one car on the "unlimited" program. What I really like about this wash is the water smells wonderful and not old/recycled like other washes I have used.
Amazing customer relations! After having a rough time at the Sam's Club across the street, I was approached by Gigi (who was picking up lunch for the Quick Quack crew). She said she had just watched what happened and could tell I was frustrated. She then told me that after I had finished my business there, to go across the street to Quick Quack Car Wash for a free wash. I thanked her and went over. She had already alerted the staff about the situation and I was sent right through. Amazing staff and great service. I really appreciate the way she handled my personal situation and helped turn my day around. I'll definitely be coming back and sending friends and family over in the future!
I have their premium unlimited car wash, and their website says they are open until 9pm. This is the 3rd time attempting to go at 7:30pm and they have been closed every single time. NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:00PM
The monthly car wash subscription is the best deal in town if you have more than one car. They'll let you add on multiple vehicles for $10 each. All the other washes will charge you a full monthly subscription for each vehicle. My only complaint is with the employees. Some will give your car a good spray down with the pre-wash solution and even brush the bugs off your bumpers and side mirrors before you go through the tunnel. Other employees seem bothered when you pull up, they give your car a minimal spray down and quickly retreat back into the little office. I don't know what goes on in that office but it must be good.
