After other shops quoted several hundred dollars just to diagnose the problem with my 18 year old truck, Ernie took the time to genuinely listen and offer a reasonably priced solution. Great shop. Called to ask about some issues my car was having and the Ernie talked with me for a good 15 minutes trying to help me diagnose it myself. Decided to bring it in after the dealership didn't fix my problem and they ran a full diagnostic on the suspension. They let me know everything looked great and suggested some other fixes (tires, alignment), which won't make them money since they don't do those. They obviously could have told me I needed a bunch of things I didn't and made more money but its clear they really aren't out to take advantage of people. Since there was nothing wrong with the car he didn't even charge me the $70 diagnostic fee. Just said 'we'll see you next time.' So refreshing, they have earned my business.
