Employee was very polite and you could tell he took pride in his job, my car was ready to go when I got there and he got me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Dan was a great sales man even stayed late for us. Ben the guys to finished our paperwork almost lost the sale for Dan he kept pushing gaps on us and talking like we were horrible for turning it down. We almost walked away from the sale because of him! He needs to learn no means no and to keep his opinions to himself! Other then that we love the car and Dan and Chad did a lot for us. Just make sure you have the right people helping You!
Not sure why there are complaints exactly. They did a great job accommodating to my insurance and needs. My truck failed and these guys were quick to help and VERY friendly. Coming from a customer service background I can say a job well done in service and somebody deserves a raise! Keep it up y'all!
I was in an accident and needed a replacement vehicle. The hours of operation are within the hours that I work on a daily basis ( had to take a day off of work in order to get a car) and on top of that you have to make an appointment in order to get a vehicle. Apparently they only clean the vehicle once it is rented out. If time and convince are important to you I would not recommend using Hertz in Layton
My experience has been more than what I expected. Larry (I believe is his name) was so nice and person and on the phone. He calls me back even when I don't leave a voicemail, and is very knowledgeable about his position. Thank you so much!
