I had an old GT bike that I wanted restored. I found some new shifters, grip wrap and a new computer, I just needed someone to install it. I took it and the crew was great. If you are looking for a bike shop I would definitely recommend visiting the guys at 50/50. My bike came out looking brand new, all cleaned up new parts installed with a complete tune up, all at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to visit these guys.
This place is awesome!!! I am a long-haul truck driver and don't have much down time anywhere. When I called to see if I could get both brake & one de-railer cables replaced the same day they said they were booked out over a week. So was everyone else in the area so I asked if I could swing by and pick up the parts myself they said "sure". When I got there Ryan asked if he could help me, after telling him what I needed he asked to look at my bike & said "let me take this in and I will just make a few adjustments free of charge". Upon looking further he saw all of the rust on the cables and agreed they needed to be replaced. Another tech came out and unsiezed my front de-railer then gave Ryan the go ahead to get the remainder of the work done for me as I waited. I was in & out riding in under an hour for under $50. I added a healthy tip for my gratitude and will definitely shop only there when I am in town. The best service I have had anywhere as long as I can ever remember. This is the way customer service should be done everywhere. Entire staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Don't waste your time elsewhere!! I am from Phoenix where we ride 365 days a year so getting relatively quick service is not an issue but I can appreciate that bike shops here would get flooded this time of year so I am forever grateful for their help.
A very neat store and well organized. The staff is professional and knowlegable. Highly recommend shopping here and they have a good selection of bikes/BMXs =)
They didn't fix my husband's bike and mine at the same time and then didn't get the right goo in my tire, which of course got bombarded with goat heads my first ride out and I had to go back. She didn't charge me since I had said I wanted the goo in the first place at least. I appreciate their honesty on their outgoing message, "don't bother leaving a message, we never check them," but how difficult is it to listen to messages and call people back. Not sure how they're in business still. The people are nice, but the whole place seemed a little unprofessional.
This place is the bees knees! Every time I've gone in, I've always been welcomed from the staff and they are always willing to stop and give me the info I need on a bike or help with bearings. They have the sickest gear and super fast on their repairs! They go the extra mile! Go see Tanner and his team to get you started on your next set of wheels!!
