Understaffed. I had the branch manager tell me i didn't have an account then once he was able to find it he couldn't print me a copy of the direct deposit form. The fact that i had to see him just to get that info was a joke. Poor experience. Normally i just get to wait in line for 15 minutes unless i use their atm. Jokes on me for banking there.
Would give 0 stars for this location if that was possible. For a bank whose catch phrase is "So you can" which is supposedly aimed at focusing on customer service this branch sure missed the mark! All I can say is they are lazy & don't put any effort into customer service!
I can't even get through by phone. Automated answer just say no one is available and hangs up.
Lost my debit card 3 weeks ago and chase has been unable to mail me a replacement. Made the trek to Layton since they have a debit card printing machine. I just left the branch without a debit card since both of their bankers are out to lunch at the same time. Their version of customer service was to tell me to go to the bank inbountiful but make sure to call ahead to make sure someone is available. Absolute terrible customer care. When I asked for the address she responded with" I'm sure you can google it"
Would give Zero if possible. Closed my account due to the fees, checked my rocky mountain power account and its past due because of Chase's handy dandy online bill pay not paying it. Trying to get a hold of someone at this pathetic branch is impossible!!! Worst Bank ever!
